How did I ever live without Nicky?! I went to see Nicolette Gygi because my lower back/glutes were in so much pain (from over training for the London Marathon 2011) that I had painkillers from the doctor and had burst into tears at work.  I had seen a physio weekly for about 4 months but it hadn’t improved much.  After the very first treatment, I walked out feeling happy with no need to take the painkillers any longer.  I still visit every few weeks to keep the lower back under control but I am a completely different person than I was six months ago thanks to not being in chronic pain.  I always look forward to the treatments because Nicolette is such a lovely person to talk to, and I walk out feeling amazing!
