I have visited other therapists over the years but they didn’t seem to do very much, especially since they had me in and out in under 20 minutes! Nicolette Gygi on the other hand really gets stuck in, taking time to loosen and stretch my tense muscles. I have suffered with pain originating around my shoulder blade and up into my neck and head. It causes severe headaches which are only relieved by strong painkillers. I was reluctant to continue taking painkillers on a regular basis and therefore consulted an osteopath, Nicolette Gygi.
