I have suffered for years with pain and tension across my upper back and shoulder, probably from years of poor posture and too much TV! I have visited other therapists over the years but they didn’t seem to do very much, especially since they had me in and out in under 20 minutes!

Nicolette Gygi on the other hand really gets stuck in, taking time to loosen and stretch my tense muscles. After my first session with her, I knew I was onto a good thing as I felt much better after just the one session than I ever had after my previous treatments. Now I just pop in to see her every now and then for a top-up session and she keeps me in fine fettle!
