In light of the most recent government announcement, Richmond Osteopaths are now re-opening the clinic for our patients. The health and safety of our practitioners and patients is paramount, and in order to protect that, we have taken a number of steps that will allow us to continue to offer treatments in a safe environment.

We will be operating a reduced hours service each day, and each practitioner will have a limited appointment availability as a result.

There will be a maximum of 2 practitioners in clinic at any one time, and we will be offering staggered appointment times, so that we can maintain the 2 meter social distancing rules between patients.

Our goal, is to ensure that patients can be seen immediately for their appointment, so we ask that you only arrive at the clinic at the start of your appointment and not before. This will not impact on your allotted treatment time, but will allow us to reduce the possibility of patients overlapping in the clinic.

All practitioners will be supplied with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and will be wearing this during your treatment.

Before and after each appointment, the rooms and all surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly and if necessary, there will be an additional waiting room set up for patients, whilst the cleaning is carried out.

You can book an appointment here or feel free to contact us on if you have any questions.

If you have an upcoming appointment, please read the following guidance:

As of the time of writing, this advice is to stay at home if you:

  • have a fever – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
  • have a new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly
  • are generally unwell

We also recommend that you do not make or attend an appointment if you are in one or more of the following groups:

  • are 70 or over
  • have a long-term health condition
  • are pregnant
  • have a weakened immune system
