UPDATE: 31st October 2020.
In light of the latest news regarding the latest national lockdown, I can confirm that Richmond Osteopaths will remain open, for our patients.
The health and safety of our practitioners and patients is paramount, and in order to protect that, we will continue taking a number of steps that will allow us to continue to offer treatments in a safe environment.
There will still be a maximum of 3 practitioners in clinic at any one time, and we will still be offering staggered appointment times, so that we can maintain the 2 meter social distancing rules between patients.
Our goal, is to ensure that patients can be seen immediately for their appointment, so we ask that you only arrive at the clinic at the start of your appointment and not before. This will not impact on your allotted treatment time, but will allow us to reduce the possibility of patients overlapping in the clinic.
All practitioners will be supplied with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and will be wearing this during your treatment. In light of the recent government announcement regarding face masks, we would encourage all patients to wear their own mask on arrival. We will have a limited supply of masks that can be purchased for a small fee.
Before and after each appointment, the rooms and all surfaces will continue to be cleaned thoroughly.
You can book an appointment here or feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
If you have an upcoming appointment, please read the following guidance:
As of the time of writing, this advice is to stay at home if you:
- have a fever – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- have a new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly
- are generally unwell
- have a loss of taste or smell
We look forward to treating you soon.
