Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update for patients

Advice for patients wishing to see an osteopath

In the context of COVID-19, there is no prohibition on osteopathic practice, and osteopaths have been working through the pandemic with enhanced infection control measures.

If you are concerned about seeing an osteopath, or have questions about steps being taken to keep patients safe in the light of COVID-19, then it is suggested that you contact your osteopath in advance to discuss your concerns or queries.

Even with the withdrawal of the UKHSA guidance, All practitioners will be continue to be supplied with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and will use their professional judgement on if they wear this during your treatment. We will also be encouraging patients to wear their own face mask on arrival and departure from the clinic.

Before and after each appointment, the rooms and all surfaces will continue to be cleaned thoroughly.

You can book an appointment here or feel free to contact us on info@richmondosteopaths.co.uk if you have any questions.

We look forward to treating you soon.
